I ordered several components for an upgrade to this computer. The order was left short, and then the replacement parts were not the same and despite being told by their staff that the memory modules were the same and just looked different is possibly not correct as I have now had to drop the RAM speed from 1600 to 1333 to get the system to remain stable.
This company used to be one of my favourites and I only just started to use them again in recent months because of a pledge I got to match their competitors pricing sadly this don't seem to be happening and the support is just not the same as it used to be. Face to face they are still really good, but on-line ordering seems to make them somewhat lacking in their normal level of support

After posting the above, Mario called me from Cougar and offered a full exchange for the 32GB i purchased and replaced them with what was originally ordered... No quibbles, no argument . That's more like the treatment I had come to respect so much from Cougar,. In light of this I have updated my opinion and my rating has been reconsidered and replaced with what I would have liked to have put in the first instance.
