I needed to obtain some equipment as quickly as possible - I phoned and spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful, appeared anxious to do what they could, and efficiently took and dispatched my order, which arrived the next day. The courier they used even confirmed a one hour delivery slot - amazing these days!
