offered less after they lost parts sent

I sent my galaxy ace to them as new boxed with all accessories included, charger headphones interchangeable back and sd card! They had originally offered £60 for it! I got a email saying as it had 'substantial wear' they would offer £18,.

I contacted them, and rejected the offer and payed £9 for the phone to be returned.

2 week's later I contacted them as the phone had not been returned! I was told that they were sorry and it would be sent that day. Then a day later they contacted me offering £45 for the phone, I asked why it had not been sent and was told it would be that day.

4 days later I got my phone back! Just the phone no box, cables or accessories. I contacted them again asking where my accessories are and as yet have had no reply.

I'm not very happy. Hopefully they will at least send my accessories back so I can charge it to check its my phone I sent them!
