Promised Next Day but got 2 days

So i needed a box to send my equipment to Spain, yeah the Madrid job, anyhow, under a lot of pressure to get the equipment there in time but my box was a day later, even though i paid for next day. Apart from that the box is good. Maybe they could have send a reminder i.e do you need packing tape to go with your box
