I ordered a phone in early October and haven't heard or received a thing yet! Despite sending several e-mails. This phone was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. If I had known I was ordering from Hong Kong I really wouldn't have bothered knowing what the postage from there can be like. Do yourself a favour, pay a bit extra and have peace of mind. I'll repost if I ever get my goods or a refund.
