Major issue?! Yes! But sorted out beautifully!

I ordered 4 tickets to see Muse in Dublin, and there were no problems up until only 2 tickets arrived! After further investigation it appeared that the seller had 6 tickets, and the other buyer wanted 2 - the seller had sent 4 to the other buyer and only 2 to me! Viagogo did all they could so that the other buyer and I could contact each other and arrange to meet so that I could get my other two tickets. Thankfully, the other buyer realised how anxious I would be at not getting the right amount of tickets and made sure i got them. How awful if they had sold on their 'extra' tickets! Hopefully Viagogo will make sure that this doesn't happen again!
