Bought a brand new Tissot watch worth £310. The watch became faulty within 7 days. Informed them and they said return for inspection. Did that and then told we are sending to manufacturer and it will take 6-8 weeks for repair. A brand new watch being repaired! Thats uncalled for and simply unacceptable. They violate Distance Selling rules and have now filed a Paypal case against them. The haae stopped replying to my e-mails. A useless company with absolutely useless customer services.
