Asking for a review, but have not received the product yet.........

Not sure why this has been sent out when i am still waiting for the product. Not due to plumbstore but a prodection error I believe. However, still inefficient to sent this review request out while I am still waiting for my order!! Also, I had no communication from they to say there was an issue with my order, I had to chase them up, only to find out they would not have stock for a good few weeks. They should have at least notified me of the delivery delay.

These emails are sent automatically by Trustpilot 5 days after an order has been placed with us.

We apologise for the delay, the complete range of EP programmers from Potterton is currently out of stock, this is due to a manufacturing issue. There is currently over 3000 products on back order awaiting delivery. We are due a delivery today and will confirm dispatch of your product once we receive the goods.

We have been sending out emails letting customers know of the situation and I apologise if you have not received notification. I will ensure that we provide you with a further update later today.
