I ordered a pair of LFA sheepskin boots, the box arrived in 4 working days considering the fact I live in Italy. They were perfectly packed anche the product was very good. Unfortunately I didn't like it on me (because I also choose the wrong model) so I asked for a refund, talking with a very polite girl on the site chat; she explained me everything and tomorrow I am sending the boots back. Due to the treatment I received for the shipping to me, I think it will be all fine also for the return. One of the best services considering the fact that the shipping was between two different nations.
