I had initially started an application for my annuity using Confused.com. This proved to be troublesome and the quotation value changed considerably over a short period. Communications from Confused.com were poor and certainly lacking in experience of annuities and basic communication skills.
From the initial contact from Age partnership by Adam Long, the whole process was very well described, and time frames given, regular ( non-pushy) communication was appreciated. The administration department then continued the excellent communications keeping me well informed of the application status. The whole process was very quick and I actually received a small amount more than expected. A very good hassle free experience.
