last Wednesday 07/05 I contacted you to advise that a top was missing from my delivery- the paperwork inside the parcel had a cross next to the top so it was obviously sent knowing this item was missing yet I have had no correspondence from you to say it was out of stock. I contacted you on 07/05 via email to which you said you would respond within 72 hours it has now been 6 days since I contacted you and i have sent 3 emails and not had one response. You have taken my money for this missing item and yet are refusing to respond to me. Pretty sure that is illegal! Absolutely shocking customer service and I would recommend no one purchases anything from you. I will continue to leave a review on trust pilot (which I notice you already receive a terrible write up) and on twitter and I will also discuss this issue with Trading standards until this matter is resolved. Give me my money back!!!!!!
