This company is unbelievable. I wanted to order some tyres for my bike and was expecting the usual hassle of being ripped off, not arriving on time etc I.E a typical auto company. So as it was early in the morning and not want to deal with that type of thing i just left my details on their website hoping they get back sometime in the evening. Instead 5 minutes later i got a phone-call from them. Straight away i was blown away from their politeness and consideration. Peter was actually bothered that the tyres couldn't be delivered the next day as they were still waiting for them to arrive. I wasn't bothered at all, but it was nice to be treated like a valued customer for a change. Anyway the tyres arrived on time as promised and in perfect condition. Peter even gave me a mobile number to contact him if something went wrong. This company is well and truly in my good books and i shall be definitely buying from these guys in the future. - Also their pricings are excellent too!
Tried ordering a product through their online service. I can not rate this product as I have been messed around from the very beginning. Firstly Currys didn't notify me that the product had arrived. After waiting a while trying to find it on the website using the tracking number system to no avail, I decided to go into the store. They said it had arrived, I took it home and opened the package and found out it was the wrong product. I rang up the helpline and was told to take it back to the store. After driving back to the store I was told that I had ordered two different products and they were waiting for payment for the second item. Driving home again with the issue still unresolved I checked my online account and checked my orders to make sure I hadn't ordered two different for my products. I can confirm I hadn't. The store has offered to refund the product, but I would have to order it again and go through the process again. However I purchased this product on special and this product is now full price. What is the point of an online system if it doesn't work? From now on I will stick to what I know, such as Amazon
