We ordered two heaters from Hurst's. Firstly we were impressed by the price (less then half of the Argos price), then by the clear and easy to use website, to then find out that delivery was free! Communication was brilliant, keeping us updated at each step. This should be an example to many of the big online shops - the whole transaction was so easy and focused on the customer, conveying the fact that this is a very friendly and personal customer service. Would definitely buy again, and highly recommend.
PLUS: I read a few of the older reviews and love the fact that a member of staff does take the time to actually respond to any queries or problems which might have been encountered by other customers. That's great customer service!
