Best service I've had in years!

I ordered a fountain pen for my partner's birthday which came promptly and was good value for money. The gift was also engraved. When my partner opened the gift, he noted that the nib was too thick for his handwriting so I contacted PenHeaven to see what I could do. They were amazing - called me back with 10 minutes and explained that I could send the pen back and they would change it for me free of charge as it was in the guanteed time. They staff at PenHeaven were professional, polite and had the best customer service I've experienced in many years.
