What is the point of pre-ordering a game Little Big Planet Karting for PS3 when after the launch date it's still not been dispatched still awaiting stock!!!!

Query Why has this pre-order not been sent yet ? As the game has now been released If you do not have the stock to fulfil the orders you should have told me and I would have gone elsewhere This is a birthday present now a late present

We send all items for pre-orders out as soon as we receive them into our warehouse from the manufacturers. We always endeavour to have pre-orders delivered to our customers on, if not before, the release date.

Yeah Yeah yeah I have now cancelled and ordered from somewhere else which I would have done earlier had I have known they did not have the stock coming in
to fulfill orders so be warned
