This line move was ordered over two months ago. The first job number was lost, so I finally create a new one and am told I would get a line on Nov 8th, a month later - no mention of "let's try and hurry it up because we screwed up!"
Line was fitted, excellent technician, but the new broadband is sloooooooooooow - so slow that it take twenty minutes to load half the first page. I am now told it will take 10 days to fix. This is unacceptable - my company is losing business because we don't have communications.
Any suggestions? I sure hope I'm not being billed at the moment or I will be a VERY unhappy bunny
The last time I had a line installed in Buckingham the engineer turned up in Scotland. Go figure.
