My car battery is totally flat, so I booked a battery replacement with etyre over the phone yesterday. All seems well until their engineer turns up today. He realized the battery is in the boot, which can't be opened without the car running. He refuses to wait for 5 minutes for me to jump start the car. Without talking to me any further, I got on his mobile for 10 minutes, then cancelled the job and drove off on the spot . Called etyre trying to get this resolved. All they say is the order is now cancelled, and I'll get my money back. They won't apologize for what happened and leave me stranded at home and have to give a difficult explanation to my boss. Avoid like a plague.
