I had some technical queries before ordering online. The staff were most helpful in solving my measurements question (about the sizes of square section alumium channel, for which the web page under "dimensions" give "diameter"(!) , I think it means internal width). Having doubt, they assured me that I could return anything that does not suit, free of carriage charge. All items arrived promptly on the day stated, and all were perfect for purpose.
