Good service with unhappy customers

I purchased Michael kors python bag for 379 pounds . I've red rewies , why designers bags are so expensive ? Cause you know you getting top quality ! In my case there was unperfect leather on one place and scratch on other place . I mean come on if you told me I get discount for scratches I might be ok but sending me scratched bag in this price range I'm sorry I wouldn't be happy with that as the bag is a present I want it to be beautiful with no scratches . So I've sent the bag back and you suppose to replace it . Up till this point customer service was great however still didn't received replacement bag so hopefully this time it'll be perfect ! Happy with customer service that's why 4 stars 1 star off for sending me scratched item every bag should be checked over before sent
