Nothing but a failure, what is the point in the next day service!!!!!!!!!!!

DPD are the worst service ever, no attempt at delivery.

Why bother with an hour slot if there is going to be no delivery, i held of a vital meeting for a delivery that never showed. i am still in the office now and hour after the time slot an still nothing.

why can you just deliver on time? you are the worst and i think that people should avoid at all cost. i wish there was an option to give you a minus rating because that is where you should be.

Hi Jamie,

I'm sorry that the delivery did not take place at the scheduled time. I see that the driver made the delivery at 18:27, so I assume that we did it at the end of his route. I hope that you were not too inconvenienced as a result of this.
