Product is great - delivery slightly less so. Email on the morning of the delivery (Monday) to say it was 'delayed' - tried to phone UK Mail but hopeless - so followed their instructions on their website, and it confirmed that delivery would be on the following day.(Tuesday) ......... purely by chance someone was around when the delivery was made .......on the Monday afternoon!

I'm sorry to hear you had a few problems with delivery. We do try and give lead times to reflect delivery times but unfortunately due to occurrences out of our control we cannot guarantee an exact time.
