We were a little doubtful about taking the big step into Equity Release as we had heard some horror stories but right from the start our fears were dispelled. Having contacted Key Retirement Solutions to make an appointment we were immediately put at ease by their representative Keith Stringer when he visited us at home. Keith went right through the process and went to great lengths to establish that Equity Release was the right thing for us. We were then given plenty of time to consult with family members and once the decision was made Keith was again most helpful with making all the arrangements. We used a solicitor recommended by Key and we could not have had better service. The whole process was made so simple and everything proceeded flawlessly and very quickly. We have now started to use the money for major home improvements, new furniture and are planning a holiday to visit family in the USA. We are also comforted by the fact that should we need funds urgently for an unforeseen problem or urgent medical care we have further funds that we can draw on if required.
