I ordered a product From Kiddicare which I was quite desperate for. I received a text to let me know it was due that day (with an estimated time) and it gave me 3 options (leave with neighbour, call back the next day, or the day after), perfect! Unfortunately I didn't reply soon enough (my fault) and they turned up when I was out. The calling card was big enough for me to see it (and not get lost amongst junk mail) and had clear instructions. The next day I got the text again and it arrived within the timescale given (no hanging around all day waiting....biggest bug bear of other companies). I can't fault DPD, they were efficient and the driver was very chirpy and pleasant. Like many companies they could have left the parcel somewhere but on numerous occasions I've come home to soaking wet packages (all very well complaining and sending back but this adds time and hassle not needed.
