A great company BUT

I have ordered from you and the item in question arrived on time. However the intial item was extremely damage, but with 24 hours a replacement was sent and damaged item picked up!

However the replacement item was missing two handles that was promised would arrive in due course I am still waiting. having said this I am hopeful the above handles will arrive in the next few days!!!!!!
