Fantastic All Round Service, Great Customer Service plus A Rapid Delivery Service
I ordered a twin set of Super Tall Mono-bloc Taps for my bathroom on Christmas Eve not really expecting them to arrive before the new year, so imagine my surprise when they arrived by courier at 08:30 on 27 Dec 2012.
The taps are a quality item but they came with a very low price maybe part of an end of year sale. But over all they were a fantastic saving against the standard retail price.
My only issue with them was that I really needed the taps to match but I failed to notice that instead of my taps sitting at the same point on a twin basin set up they were situated left and right. It turns out that these taps do not come with a left/right option nor can they be turned around. The staff at Clickbasin were extremely helpful and took the time to help me by checking their stock for something more suitable and even rang me back to discuss my options. It turned out that their were nothing that could be done but they did offer me a refund if I could not live with the taps and wanted to return them.
In the end I decided to stick with them and now they are fitted they look great.
So overall I had a fantastic service and wish to Thank them very much for their polite and helpful service.

Fantastic Product Combination at a Great Price!!
I have been looking for a small but traditional ladder type Towel Radiator that is heated by Electric or can be plumbed into the existing heating system. I also wanted to ensure that the temperature can be thermostatically regulated, but I was put off by the high price of most of them, unless of course I wanted a really old fashioned looking one.
I was pleased to find this unit at a great price but I wanted to reserve judgement until I actually had it before me. But I needn't have worried because I am pleased to say that it really is as good as the write up stated it is of good quality and now it is in position I am over the moon with it. The fact that the price was under a hundred quid makes the deal all the more special. Thanks again BathEmpire.
