Good Products - Poor Mailing Service
Hqppy with the products I purchased but flaxseed oil capsules would be even better value for money if one of the packages hadn't been so bashed that there was oil sticking the capsules together and I had to throw some of them out. Luckily the Kalms were not in a (smashed) glass bottle- this time. Will think twice about ordering anything else now. Packaging just isn't robust enough.

I am sorry to hear that the packaging was damaged en route to France - looking back through your history of shopping with us over the past 18 months, it appears each of your other orders arrived safely in France. Each parcel is sent in a cardboard box, with Flo-Pak (recycled) polystyrene and bubblewrapping where necessary, and it is rare that items are damaged. However, sadly, this does occasionally happen from time to time, and I would urge that if any items are damaged in transit that you let us know so that we can sort this out for you. I will pass your comments through to our warehouse so that we can ensure we minimise the risk of this occurring again. Many thanks, Richard
