Emailed first with a few questions, received very quick and helpful reply. As a result ordered an Alpina snow blower on line. The process was easy. Received an immediate confirmation, and next day also was emailed by the courier (with a tracking system). Delivery received the following day as promised.
Unpacked the product at the weekend and looks to be of good quality - now praying that it doesn't snow!
