Unknown sender

I want to change my address for delivery, and then it said ''to contact the sender'' if you want to change your address, but I have no idea who sent this package! I can't seem to find someone to speak to about this!?

Hi Helen,

According to our systems, the sender is Mentfield Uk Limited. The parcel is due to be delivered today between 12:26 and 13:26. Can you please send an email to socialmedia@dpd.co.uk with your phone number and the new address that you would like to have the parcel delivered to.
