Dreadful! Don't believe a word they tell you!

I ordered my camera in March, was told it wasnt in stock in May, told repeatedly over the coming months it would be a few weeks etc etc. Eventually I gave them an ultimatum, supply the item before the end of July or refund the money. Having cancelled the transaction with Mastercard as they didnt refund the money, the cheeky b******s send me an email dated November 13th to say they have processed my refund BUT if it hasnt arrived in the next 10 days " contact us through our web form and we will be more than happy to assist you"!!
