Sent for an Item and paid for a speedy delivery. Received Item only to find it didn't work. Ok, It happens. Went through the stages of getting an RMA number, (can't send it back without one of these), and eventually got one, about 4 days later. I sent an email back asking if it could be picked up from an alternative address. I got an email back which bluntly stated "Your item will be collected Monday between 9am and 5pm",
which I didn't really want as it was my day off, and didn't want to have to wait in all day. My alternative pick-up point was work, where I knew I would be all day (but not Monday). So anyway, Monday came and went and no collection!!
Well eventually, 4 days later it was picked up from my workplace!
Still awaiting them to get back to me though.... To be continued.
