Web site is not clear regarding replacement toothbrush head compatibility with electric toothbrush model
I thought I had ordered the correct replacement toothbrush head, but it was wrong. However, I was reimbursed promptly as the correct one was not stocked (Braun Oral B Vitality Sonic).
It is worth noting that a refund is not offered in this circumstance if the packet cannot be resold as it has been opened (I might not have known it didn't fit until I had tried it!), which wasn't made clear on the website.
Otherwise, ordering process and delivery faultless.
