I was being kept informed of my expected delivery today, initially given a very impressive specific time slot, then informed of a delay which was also ok. What wasn't ok was an email this evening to say that I needed to REARRANGE delivery as I wasn't in when a delivery was attempted - funny that I was in all afternoon AND no calling card left! The parcel number I gave in order to write this review came from the internet when I had to 'rearrange' delivery! I have also had trouble with this courier in the past. Why companies use them I have no idea - I have informed Hotel Chocolat who I ordered from, about this, as I think they should know they may be losing customers. They've lost one today!
