Slow delivery with no tracking or backup

Poor communication after order, no tracking and poor knowledge of order status during order/delivery period. Ordered part on 10 - 14 day delivery which was in stock when ordered and then it took 17 days for delivery. Very poor when you pay £5 for delivery!!!

Ordered a similar part very Draper which not only cheaper but arrived within 3 days therefore don't mind the postage.

I've rated two star because the staff were very good but the company set up and obviously the system setup lets them down. I've purchased quite a few things from the company in the past but now will widen the search before purchasing.
