Good customer service when placing an order
Good customer service when placing an order, especially wiht accomodating the bureacracy required when making an order for an NHS Trust. Unfortunately we ordered microphones of a too poor quality for the events we were holding. Some advice about the quality of the product at the point of purchase may have taken the service to the next level. Would use them again,

Excellent advice over phone, good customer service
I had to purchase white banquet roll for a conference, for the delegate to write on, and sought advice/reassurance over the phone from the company and they were really helpful. I was confident in their service from the phone call. Product excellent, and good value.
