Good, prompt service

Goods received very quickly. Not thoroughly tested speed obtained yet, but the Solwise (500mbps) 4 plug units worked first time with no issues, and solved a much needed increase in networking ability in different rooms. Had one faulty unit which was swapped and dispatched promptly - new unit fine. Team were a little difficult to get hold of on the phone, but responded promptly to emails - this is a small business afterall, where I'd personally prefer to spend my money rather than a major corporation who don't necessarily care any more about customers. Nonetheless, exchange was actioned without hesitation.
