I bought a product which arrived find. Unfortunately I had to return it, which I soon found out was impossible. My request was replied from a Korean Gmail account telling me the payment had not gone through and that it'd be cancelled - LIES! The payment had gone through so he fell silent when I brought this to his attention, I emailed two or three times after this. Even after threatening legal action the response I got was basically a plea of ignorance; they essentially told me it wasn't their problem and to go away. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
