Ordered a printer and had a technical problem resulting in duplicated orders. Inkubus sorted out the duplicated orders and dispatched the printer such that it arrived next day. Frequent emails to confirm the situation so really was outstanding service. I eventually discovered problem was my anti-virus software so no fault at all of Inkubus.
Ordered a Samsung N220 Plus Netbook in green with the free 5 day delivery option on the Monday. Got an email on the Wednesday to say it had been despatched and was given the courier trackiing details. I was able to see the 1 hour timeslot for delivery first thing in the morning and it duly arrived at that time.
