I ordered a bathroom basin/WC combined vanity unit.
I had hunted around various shops & websites but in terms of price & value this one seemed the best. The phone line staff were friendly & helpful & once ordered (just before Xmas) it arrived in two days. My only grumble is that Night Freight the courier company website , unlike other couriers I've used with tracking number, did not allow me to track the delivery or contact me in advance so it was impossible to plan to be in at the right time. Luckily I judged it right and the driver phoned to let me know she'd be with me within 30 minutes. She was in fact a real gem. This is the second time I've used 'Trueshopping' & all in all I am happy with the vanity unit & apart from the freight grumble, happy with the service.

I bought an electric planer from UK Tool Centre which arrived the following day Unfortunately I had chosen the wrong model but one phone call sorted it out and a courier picked up the planer and the correct model arrived after a few days. I found the service to be courteous and efficent and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
