One of the best customer service I know...

A few weeks ago, I found their internet site selling all kinds of Hi-End material. I found what I want and decided to pay with my Credit Card. I encountered a little issue and decided to call directly their customer service. After 5 minutes, the order was placed and paid.
When you send them an email, most of the time, they reply within an hour! Just great ! Very nice people and they know what they are talking about...
100% satisfied customer even after many purchases since then.
