I am disgusted by the service i sent my phone of which was in perfect working order. Then i received an email saying there was wear and tear on the phone well hello it is a used phone. They then gave me 15% less than they quoted me. In my eyes dont use this service they promise you one thing then dont give you the full amount, so by the time i sent the phone recorded delivery less the 15% i might well of just gave the phone away.
