STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY FRAUD

It looks like i will have to involve my credit card company as this company has taken £600 of my money without sending my goods. After phoning them several times I am being told to call every 4 hour to find out if my order has been shipped or for some form of tracking number??? I have never come across a company on the internet that will debit your money without shipping the goods this sound really suspicious to me…
