Hungryhouse
Very hit and miss
I use hungry house quote frequently as you get 4% cashback via quidco which Just Eat doesnt offer. Honestly, if they did, i would use them. HH's service is very unreliable, sometimes you're left waiting for ages to see whether your order has actually gone through, and i've had to wait up to 2 hours and call the restaurant many times to confirm an order because what they got from HH was delayed or wrong.
Also on more than one occasion with different restaurants i've had the delivery driver turning up asking me for the money when i've already paid by card. All i could do was give him my confirmation number from HH and hope they were able to match it up.
Contacting anyone is a nightmare; Just Eat have a live chat portal and the guys on there are brilliant, sort issues out in no time and are available until about midnight.
When things go smoothly with HH, its great, but I'm starting to lose faith.
