I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 on 14th October but a week later an unexpected bill came in forcing me to cancel my order. Three weeks later after several e-mails with no reply I have still not received a refund (when i really need the money) and have no idea if I will ever get one. I was going to renew my order in the new year but after dealing with Simplyelectronics first hand I would be scared to give them 1penny of my money again!
