I couldn't fault them, everything from the service to the delivery to the quality of their products beats everyone else IMO. I've used almost all the other online supp suppliers - MP, Iron Science and Maxiraw and overall I'd say BP is the best by a considerable margin. What REALLY impressed me this time round is the fact that I'd had and email from BP before placing my order offering £5 off if I filled out a survey about them. I filled out the survey and got my £5 off code only I forgot to add the code at the checkout screen when placing my order (dumb*ss) however 1 phone call to a very understanding lady at BP, and the £5 was credited back to me!!! Excellent service!!! Now I think BP should give me loads of freebies for being such a loyal customer and writing such an awesome review!!! Lol well if you don't ask you don't get!! :-)
