This companies staff went above and beyond the call duty to ensure our two families ( eight people ) were able to get back to the uk after we were abandoned flightless and lanzarote airport by the abysmal travel republic . com so called holiday firm. Without their knowledge and know how of the workings of the company and the change in aircraft due to high winds above Portugal, our group would not have got back to the UK for two more days. Top staff, great company for training them that way, top marks
We were collected by the travel company at 10.30 am and taken to the airport for flight back to luton.Apparently our flight left earlier and we were left flightless and unsupported with another family of four ( 8 total )with no way of getting back to UK. without the help of JET2.COM staff at ACE airport we would have been on the airport floor for two days until we could purchase a way back to the UK. My family and the other family have both spent nearly £1000 getting our families back to the UK.
I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED THAT A SO CALLED TRAVEL COMPANY CAN SCREW ITS CLIENTS AND FORGET THEM ONCE THEY HAVE THE MONEY OFF THEM.they already blame me, even though i checked the day before and the website said the same thing. Someone needs to be shot for treating customers this way. STEAR CLEAR OF TRAVELREPUBLIC, OR YOU COULD BE NEXT
