Good customer service - kept me up-to-date with where my order was. Originally bought a pair that weren't quite what I wanted, so sent them back - easy process, got my account credited, and bought another pair which I love. Would highly recommend.

How are these muppets still in business?!
I cannot understand how this company is still in business. They obviously deal with other idiot businesses, as I have ordered two products that have not turned up TWO MONTHS after ordering them. Not for my lack of trying... follow up emails, and calls that are never answered. It's just ridiculous, and looking at other reviews from people using this company, I simply cannot get my head around how KGB get away with this level of service? It's an absolute rip off. As soon as I get my two refunds I will be cancelling my account immediately with them.
