Stay away from Jones Bootmaker in Stratford Westfield!
We made a terrible mistake of buying pair of almost £150 Jones bootmaker shoes from Westfield Stratford,after first wear the leather start to peel,went back to the store for exchanging or repair the manager Chris told us they can't do anything at all!
awful service. A shame, as if they concentrated on improving that then they would be a decent, yet not quite A-class luxury brand. Yet it seems all they care about is the money.
