stock sent out duff

Ordered a micrometer arrived not working, Rang the office ,told Sealey would check one and send as replacement. When it arrives it also does not work! I then have to go to town 14 miles round trip ,pay to park ,and get a battery, total cost £6.00,plus 2 hours. It would be nice if suppliers new how long products have been in stock and made some effort (particularly when promised) to see that products actually worked!
