Bad Service

Well, ordered a pair of boots that were apparently dispatched last week but never arrived!

I was sent a second pair which were despatched and apparently delviered today at 13.20 according to their website. Either the drivers are STEALING goods or some mysterious person has accepted delivery of my goods - TWICE!!

It seems impossible to actually speak to someone.
