Like anyone who orders for xmas you want it to turn up in time. processing wasnt that swift so rang on the hope of adjusting the delivery method to a more expensive one as suggested in the confirmation email. Was completely shocked by the attitude of the agent, absolutely no help whatsover with giving me an estimated delivery date. Was told to ''calm down we will get to it, we recieve 3-5000 orders a day'' (no idea who but south african accent female). Complete madness, if it wasnt xmas i would of cancelled it. I also didnt get a tracking email once dispatched either! (order number: TWE744219)
